At Feather Flags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flags or hardware do not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the flags, poles, and base attachments in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned flags, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
