How long do feather flags typically last?
With proper care and typical outdoor use, our feather flags last between 6 to 12 months. Exposure to extreme weather or high UV rays can affect longevity, so we recommend bringing them indoors during severe storms.
Can I wash my feather flag if it gets dirty?
Yes, our flags are machine washable. We recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Always air dry your flags; never put them in a mechanical dryer.
What is included in a complete flag kit?
A standard kit includes the custom-printed polyester flag, a sectional flexible pole set, and your choice of a ground spike for soft surfaces or a cross base for hard surfaces.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Standard production takes 2-3 business days after artwork approval. Shipping typically takes another 3-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Are the flags printed on both sides?
We offer both single-sided and double-sided printing. Single-sided flags show a mirrored image on the back, while double-sided flags feature two separate pieces of fabric with a block-out layer in between for correct reading from both directions.
What is your return policy for custom flags?
Because custom flags are manufactured to your specific design, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part. Please review your digital proof carefully before approving.
